Pilot project on right to services in Maharashtra districts

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde launched a pilot project in Kolhapur for the effective implementation of the Maharashtra Rights to Public Services Act-2015. The project aims to deliver various government services directly to citizens. Despite the Act's inception in 2015, public awareness remains low. The initiative includes the Aaple Sarkar portal, RTS mobile app, and WhatsApp chatbot.
